Budget
Background
The Board of Management of the Grimsby Downtown Improvement Area sets an annual
budget each year, which is to be approved by the membership at its annual general
meeting.
Upon receipt, the Town of Grimsby incorporates the budget into the tax rates for all
commercial properties located within the DIA boundaries.
Budget
The attached budget is in the form that is generally accepted by the Town of Grimsby and
assigns revenue and expenses to the accounts as set up by the Treasurer. The budget is
balanced.
